Rose McGowan, star of the WB’s Charmed will star in the summer fantasy movie Conan the Barbarian as Marique, an evil half-human/half witch.

Others cast in the film include Ron Perlman, Said Taghmaoui, Stephen Lang, Bob Sapp, Leo Howard, and Rachel Nichols. Marcus Nispel is directing.

Conan the Barbarian is the story of a young man whose father is murdered. He survives the destruction of his village and goes on to live of adventure as a thief and warrior.
