While many are focused on the Sprint Cup Daytona 500 taking place the next day, the Nationwide DRIVE4COPD is an important race in many respects.

What time does the Daytona 500 start?

Perhaps the second-biggest event of spring Daytona week 2011, the Nationwide race is scheduled to showcase many of the top drivers, along with a few drivers looking to make their mark.

The green flag drops at at 1:15 pm EST on Saturday, February 19, with TV coverage on ESPN2 also starting at 1:15 pm.

Danica Patrick is scheduled to race in this event.  In her 2010 NASCAR debut at Daytona, Patrick exited the Nationwide Series race after a 12-car crash halfway through the event. She will drive the #7 car for JR Motorsports.

Tony Stewart is the defending race winner. Stewart is one of nine Sprint Cup regulars who will participate in the Nationwide race at Daytona. Others include Joey Lagano, Brad Keselowski, Clint Bowyer, Kaset Kahne, Joe Nemechek, Kyle Busch, and Carl Edwards.

The next Nationwide race will take place Saturday, February 26, at 5:30 PM ET, at Phoenix International Raceway.
