Christina Aguilera less sexy after Super Bowl National Anthem flub?

The sexy pop superstar known as the “voice of her generation” messed up the lyrics to the National Anthem on the world stage, in front of an estimated 163+ million, the largest audience ever to watch a Super Bowl.

In the very first verse, she sang “what so proudly we watched, at the twilight’s last streaming” instead of “o’er the ramparts we watched, were so gallantly streaming?”

Rolling Stone ranked her at 58 of 100 greatest singers of all time. She’s had three Billboard #1 singles, including Genie in a Bottle, What a Girl Wants, and Come on Over Baby (All I Want is You). Will her mix up cause her to lose favor with her fans? We doubt it. What do you think?

Worst Super Bowl 2011 Commercial: Kia Optima “One Epic Ride”

OK, so maybe it’s not the worst of all time, but it has to rank right up there among the most disappointing.

Despite over-the-top animation and special effects, this Super Bowl 2011 commercial left us empty and scratching our heads.

Poseidon, aliens, Mayans … remind me why they’d be interested in the Kia Optima? I like to fancy myself something of a student of mythology, but I just don’t get significance of the references.

I have to say, though, that it features what has to be the most beautiful luxury yacht (the “Desire”) ever depicted in a Super Bowl commercial. See if you agree.
